Dear Parents/Guardians;
Holy Ghost School has a great appreciation for the many volunteers who have helped our school community over the years. Volunteers are always needed for Class field trips, School activities, Movie nights, BBQ’s, Book Fair, Craft preparation, Hot Lunch, Picnics; just to name a few.
In the hopes of better volunteer organization and easier access to volunteer opportunities. In the 2017-2018 school year, Holy Ghost School is using a volunteer website called VOLUNTEERSPOT (http://www.volunteerspot.com). This volunteer website is user-friendly and provides a simple online sign up sheet. Once your family signs up for a volunteer activity the website send automatic reminders to help you keep track of your commitments.
If you have any questions about the website, how it works etc. please email your questions to volunteer@holyghostschool.ca and I will be happy to help you. Also, it is very important that an email address be provided, for this to work smoothly. Be sure you have provided the school with a updated email (one per family please).
